Conductor Robin MorrishThe String Orchestra rehearses at the same time as the part time String Chamber Music. Robin Morrish was a choral scholar at King's College, Cambridge and then studied violin with professors Sascha Lasserson and Igor Ozim. He is Music Director of Tonbridge Philharmonic Society. Robin has taken part at CSSM as conductor of the Chamber Choir and Chamber Orchestra, leader of the Symphony Orchestra, and as coach of the string quartet course under the Arriaga, Amicitia and Maggini Quartets.
In addition to the usual Baroque repertoire, selections will be made from the following:
